This thesis is focused on the issue of inventory management in the manufacturing company. The first part focuses on the issue of stock classification, cost and inven-tory management models. The second part is focused on the description of the company and its current inventory management and storage. Through the ABC analysis was found a suitable group for inventory management. For this group was found optimal cost, delivery cycle and its length, using the EOQ. The optimal measures have been compared and were found solutions for reducing inventory costs. |
