| Popis: | The bachelor's thesis analyses a business environment of the company Severočeské doly, a. s.. The company's core business is the excavation, processing, and sale of brown coal and associated raw materials. The thesis has two parts, theoretic and analytic. 7S analysis is used to analyse the internal business environment. Porter five forces analysis is used to analyse the microenvironment and PESTLE analysis is used to analyse the macroenvironment. The last analysis is the SWOT analysis, in which I use outcomes of previous analyses. The main goal of this thesis is to analyse key factors, which have positive or negative influence on the company. |
