The thesis deals with international labour migration, specifically with immigration of the labour force into Germany´s labour market, focusing on the identification of historical examples of best practice. After analysing the studies aimed at cost quantification of immigration in German economy, the aim is to evaluate the positive and negative effects of this type of labour force and make the recommendations for future organisation of labour into German labour market based on historical experience. |
