Subject of the bachelor thesis is an area of interpersonal influences in the working process. In the first part I am focusing at basic theoretical principles, definitions and concepts related with motivating of employees to better performance at the workplace and using of appropriate stimulus means. The bachelor thesis also closely focuses at interpersonal relationships at the workplace. Second part begins with introduction of the company in which I was doing my research. Using a structured questionnaire I examined interpersonal relationships at the workplace with taking into account motivational profiles of employees in the company. In the third part, there is a summary and evaluation of research results in the company. Based on the data and their analysis, problem areas are defined and appropriate recommendations are made. These recommendations should contribute to the improvement of relations, followed by greater work efficiency in the company. |
