Popis:	Bachelor Thesis is focused on legislation regulating the entry and residence of foreigners in the Czech Republic and Spain. It offers a brief overview of foreigners' obligations when entering the territory, visa requirements and types of stay. Accompanied with a comparison of the mentioned content. Thesis is concluded by a terminological analysis and glossary suggesting translations of Spanish terminology from the field of immigration law.
