This work is focused on domestic violence and its impact on the development of children affected by domestic violence. The theoretical part deals with definition of domestic violence, its symptoms and causes, personality of the oppressor and the victim, as well as the current regulations of the phenomenon in the Czech law. The practical part focuses on finding the links between childhood with an unstable family backgrounds, where domestic violence occurs and subsequent relations of individuals in adulthood. |
