The aim of this thesis entitled "Direct Banking" is to compare range of services in the field of direct banking at our largest banks to select the most suitable products for the public. In addition, describe the basic forms of direct banking, update and provide information on the use of these forms. Thereafter to analyze individual forms of banking products in the field of direct banking at four selected banking institutions that have a leading position in the Czech market and for selected products of individual banks to make an evaluation on the basis of specified criteria. |
