Rozsypalová, L., New Public Procurement Act. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2017. This bachelor thesis analyses new Act No. 134/2016 Coll., on Public Procurement. The thesis concentrate on evaluation of tenders, especially on the quality criteria and Life-Cycle Costing. The process of evaluation is shown on some practical examples. Whole thesis contains suggestions for contracting authority. At the end of thesis, there is a comparison between Czech and Slovak Public Procurement Act. |
