The present Bachelor's thesis deals with the development of land consolidation in our territory until the end of the 19th century. Land consolidations were started already in the Middle Ages and went through the periods of colonization, the development of land registers, raabisation, and land consolidation works. Each period of the development of land consolidation had a distinct form, content, and an economic and social objective. Furthermore, the work addresses the issue of the position of church property during the development of land consolidation in our territory and its influence on the land consolidations. Finally, it describes land consolidation in foreign countries. |
