This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of burnout syndrome among teachers teaching economic subjects at secondary vocational schools. The work aims at analyzing the incidence of burnout syndrome in the target group. For this purpose, the work is decomposed into two parts. In the first part of the thesis there is defined a theoretical platform specifying the stress and the burnout syndrome, as well as the preventive and corrective measures in the mentioned areas. In the second part of the thesis, a survey of burnout at selected secondary vocational schools within the Vysočina Region is carried out. For the purpose of the survey, a standardized Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) is used. The data is then analyzed and evaluated. Recommendations for practice are suggested from the survey output. |
