Popis: Introduction: Morphological anomalies of the dental crown are deviations in the shape of the crown of the tooth, which can adversely affect the function of the tooth and cause difficulties in dental hygiene. Dental crown shape differences often become a retention site for dental microbial plaque, creating areas that are difficult to clean or uncleanable, which represent a risk factor for oral disease. Aim: The aim of the bachelor thesis was to recapitulate the individual morphological anomalies of the dental crown and to document the frequency of their occurrence in the examined group of individuals. Methods: The study included 50 individuals - 33 women and 17 men aged 16 to 48 years. The inclusion criterion for the study was permanent dentition after second molars without any prosthetic work. The data collection took place from November 2021 to February 2022 in the teaching premises of the Stomatology Department of the 3rd Faculty of Medicine of Charles University, where students of the 3rd year of the 3rd Faculty Medicine of Charles University and patients who came for dental hygiene were examined.
