Lamař, Filip. Proposal of appropriate strategy for insurance broker company FIPO-CZECH, s. r. o. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2017. This bachelor thesis deals with the proposal of suitable strategies for the insurance broker company FIPO-CZECH, s. r. o. The thesis is divided into two parts (theoretical and own research). In the first part, the literature review, theoretical knowledge is interpreted as well as conclusions from studied literary sources in the field of study, which are subsequently used in the second part of the thesis. In the second part, the own research, the analysis of the external and internal environment of the discussed company are realized. The analysis identifies opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses of the company. The result of the thesis is the proposal of suitable strategy using the SWOT matrix, from which is one strategy selected and evaluated. |
