Aim of this diploma thesis is to focus on the comparison of types of press chambers in Krone's cylindrical bales presses. In particular, the compressibility and energy consumption in these presses/machines will be compared. Firstly, the history of the cylindrical bale presses will be shortly described and then every chamber build will be briefly detailed. Next part of this thesis is dedicated to the characterization of the land, where the measurement took place, and the methods of the measurement/measurement methodology/methodology of measurement. The measured values will be rated and recommended for the agricultural practice. |
