The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to make a strategic analysis of a chosen agricultural enterprise. On the basis of results of the strategic analysis the strategic recommendations, which could contribute to a development of the analysed enterprise, are designed. The thesis is divided into two main parts -- theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is focused on an explanation of concepts and methods connected with strategic analysis and strategic management. In the second part of the thesis -- practical part -- the analysis of the surroundings and the analysis of the internal environment of the enterprise are realized. The information acquired from the realized analysis is summarized in the SWOT analysis. The last subchapter of the practical part includes the proposed strategic recommendations for the analysed enterprise. |
