This thesis deals with the analysis of organizational networks and its use for the analysis of economically oriented corporate structure from the internal perspective. Emphasis is placed on communication and cooperation. In the first part of the thesis, the theoretical foundation for network analysis and its application in the field of management was built. The methodological part is followed by an introduction of the used methodological apparatus. This is then applied in the last part in a specific company. The corporate structure is viewed from a macro-perspective, ie the cohesion of the entire network. This view is complemented by micro tools that identify important members and subgroups of the network. These results are compared with the formal structure of the company.
