The work is focused on the didactic method "Theme-Centred Interaction" by Ruth Cohn and its application to the teaching of children of the younger school age in school clubs. The theoretical part explains basic terms relating to the leisure time and education, it also characterizes the younger school age and its development phases. Further chapters deal with the socialization and groups taking part in the socialisation of the children of the younger school age. The last chapter characterizes the concept of the Theme-Cen?tred Interaction itself, its creator, and the basis and fundamentals of this method. The work should answer the question whether the TCI can be applied during tea-ching in school clubs when introducing a specific goal. The work also looks into advantages and disadvantages of this concept when applied to children of the younger school age. |
