The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the logistics system of a selected company. In the first part the author deals with the theoretical background and explanation of the concepts related to the topic. In the practical part, the theoretical knowledge is applied and the sub-activities of the logistics system are analysed with the main focus on information and material flows, storage processes, logistics costs or determination of critical factors. Using the research methods applied in the bachelor thesis, the optimization of the individual activities of the company are finally proposed, which should lead to their improvement. |
