The subject of this work is a multidisciplinary cooperation in early care. The theoretical part characterizes early care and it's target group. Furthermore, it describes the composition of a multidisciplinary team and deals with a coordinated system of rehabilitation. The practical part is focused on the functioning of multidisciplinary cooperation in a specific facility, Arpida center. This part of the work contains qualitative research, which was carried out through interview with an early care counselor and a leading social worker. In these interviews, I deal with a project "Circle of support" which is focused on working with the family using new methods and tools. I also deal with the history and structure of Arpida center multidisciplinary team and early care. |
