The main goal of this work was to evaluate the application of levelling production on one defined production line at the company Robert Bosch České Budějovice s.r.o. The analysis was focused on the preparation of the production plan, the ability to follow a plan and to identify the main factors affecting the smooth running of production. The theoretical part dealed with the characteristics of production, then showcased elements of lean manufacturing and in the last part of the literature overview is describing the leveled planning process in detail. In the first part of the practical part were introduced lean manufacturing enterprise established in RBCB and line CR1 and the second half of practical part is focused on technology planning equalized analysis of the manufacturing production lines and the ability to follow a plan. After the detection of 4 most common deviations, were proposed solutions for improvements. |
