Popis: The bachelor's thesis is dedicated to analysis of system of remuneration of employees in the company Česká pošta, SE. The thesis is devided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part is explained the core of remuneration of employees including explanation of relationship between remuneration of employees, work evaluation and evaluation of employees. In the practical part are summarised results of the analysis of changes in the system of remuneration of employees and suggestion of improvement of this system. Information on the issue is taken from internal corporate materials and from research that was carried out between leading managers od Česká pošta, SE. It was found out that according to the opinion of leading employees the current system of remuneration led to better behavior and higher work performance of subordinace employees. Although the current system of remuneration of employees is not seen so positive by employees, leading employees would welcome strickter changes.
