The use of thermal imagers for diagnostic machinery and equipment in agricultural operations

Popis: The main subject of this bachelor thesis is to examine possibilities of machine and device diagnosis by the indirect contact-free method of measurement. This method lacks the necessity of decommissioning a device and its further dismantling. To conduct the research the infrared thermo camera was used due to which the level of wear or lifespan of machines analyzed is evaluated. This research paper deals with the issue of thermal radiation of bodies along with its wavelength. Moreover, the analysis focuses also on basic principles of capturing and recording thermo radiation in thermo cameras. Furthermore, the dependence between temperature, level of load and signs of wear grounded in methodology while observing individual devices are analyzed. Finally, the outcomes of measurements are evaluated.
