| Popis: | This thesis deals with financial reform, which was conducted in the United States. The fundamental law of this reform is The Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act. The basic document deals with the legislative changes that relate primarily to changes in institutional arrangements and organization of supervisory activities in the U.S. with a greater emphasis on the banking system. The last part deals with some consequences of the changes to the banking system. |
