The content of this bachelor thesis is an insight into the topic of attachment in the workplace. It is examined wheter there is a statistical significant relationship between attachment style and sociometric status. The research set consists of 8 teams and 7 of them is from the commercial sphere. In this work was used quantitative design and the data was collected through a questionnaire. The basic premise of the study was that individuals with low avoidance and anxiousness scores higher in popularity and influence in the collective.
