| Popis: | This thesis is about significant role of purine nukleoside analogs in the treatment of indolent lymphoproliferative disorder, named Hairy cell leukemia. Preliminary there is description of this uncommon disease and possibilities of it´s detection is included. Studies with two purine analogues deoxycoformycin and 2-chlorodeoxyadenosine and their mechanism of action are mentioned. Then comparisons with older variants of treatment and introducing some novel cytotoxic agents like a therapeutic strategies for patients with relapsed disease are discussed. |
