The aim of the thesis, which is named Corporate Culture in the Chosen Company, is to characterize a corporate culture with the help of specification of its crucial cultural dimensions and the consequent proposals of a suitable action to improve the corporate culture. Thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part explains terms corporate culture, typology of corporate culture, cultural dimension, knowledge economy etc. In the practical part there are surveys via questionnaires VSM 1994 & 2013, non-standardized interview and personal observation. In the conclusion, there are suggestions to improve corporate culture. |
