| Popis: | The thesis focuses on one of the forms of motivation and remuneration of employees in Slovakia – employee benefits. Benefits are discussed in terms of usability and value, but the tax impact on employees and their employers is essential. This tax incidence is realized by valid legal regulations. Benefit usability is depicted on a particular Slovak business company as a demonstration of practice. Using the questionnaire survey, it examined the satisfaction of employees with their benefits. The results have led to the proposal of a new benefit structure for a company that has been economically quantified. |
