Popis: | The aim of the bachelor thesis is to propose a human resource strategy suitable for the company with culturally diversified employee structure. The work is divided into three parts. In the first theoretical part the terms have been defined through citing or paraphrasing from the mentioned sources. In the second analytical part a particular company with culturally diversified employee structure (Connections BDL, s. r. o.) has been chosen and subjected to strategic analysis specifically focused on human resource management in a multicultural environment. The third part of the work compiles individual proposals for improving the situation in the company using the results of the analysis. |
