The aim of master thesis was to characterize the corporate culture with the help of the specification of their cultural dimensions and to propose changes leading to the desired state of corporate culture in the selected company. The company Účetnictví online s.r.o was selected for the research. The first part summarizes the general knowledge gained from the literature from individual authors dealing with the issue. The second part of the work is devoted to the questionnaire survey. The VSM 2013 questionnaire was used to obtain key information, which was used to process key information to determine the resulting cultural dimensions and the current state of corporate culture. An unstructured interview and personal observation were used to understand the image of corporate culture, which is then used to discuss individual issues. In the end, measures are proposed pointing out the gaps and shortcomings in the company and leading to the desired state of corporate culture leading to the knowledge of the company. |
