| Popis: | The subject of bachelor thesis is a corporate culture; after introducing the concept, the term is analysed from the point of view of its structure and its typology. Corporate culture is then examined in context of international corporations and problems connected with encounters of distinct culture standards. The thesis are based on the work of Dutch scientist Geert Hofstede. Corporate social responsibility is presented as a demonstration of corporate culture, the relation between corporate social responsibility and corporate culture is analysed in detail. The benefits of social responsibility and its criticisms are also introduced. |
