| Popis: | The bachelor thesis will focused on a specific area of talent management in organizations, which is represented by trainee programs for university graduates. The aim of the bachelor's thesis will be to describe the current form, implementation and management of trainee programs for university graduates in organizations. Attention will be paid to the current concept of talent and the development of talent management in organizations, methods of identification and processes of talent acquisition, methods of talent development and the characteristics of trainee programs in organizations. The bachelor's thesis will include a qualitative survey, the aim of which will be to analyze the current offer of trainee programs for university graduates in five large organizations in the field of production and trade operating in Prague and Central Bohemia Region. Research will be carried out by analyzing data obtained from the career websites of organizations and interviews with HR professionals. A partial aim of the survey will be to find out the most frequently used methods of obtaining and developing graduates with regard to achieving the goals of selected organizations.
