The aim of the bachelor's thesis entitled Professional ethics of teachers and ethical issues in teaching practice is to show how pedagogical staff in primary schools perceive the importance and role of professional ethics. What ethical problems do they most often have the opportunity to reflect on in their practice and what helps them to solve them. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is based on the study of professional literature. In the practical part, with the help of qualitative research, the work wants to provide readers with a view of the issue from the teachers of primary school teachers.
