The main point of this thesis Woman victim, woman offender. Crime in the district Třebíč in the thirties of the twentieth century, are the offenses committed by women or the victim of whom were women (procuring, rape, marital discords etc.) in Třebíč. The first part of this bachelor thesis deals wit judiciary and status of women in society in the first half of the twentieth century. The sekond part of thesis describes specific cases. The main source bases are criminal files of district court in Třebíč. Finding of this work is to reflect the public perception of a particular offense. |
