Popis: Purpose of this Bachelor theses is to point out the quality of life of patients after kidney transplantation. The theoretical part deals with chronic renal failure - causes, manifastions, treatment CHRI. Renal transplantation - history, waiting list, compatibility between donor and recipient kidneys, collections and donation kidney, pre-transplantion program, post-transplant care. The author then discusses the quality of life as a such and the possibilities of determination of quality of life. The aim of the empirical part was to investigate the quality of life of patiens after kidney transplantation, their family backgrounds, occupations, quality of life before and after kidney transplatation, their subjective perception of physical condition and emotional state, social functions, pain, perception of general health. Quantitative research conducted at the nefrology clinic of University Hospital in Hradec Kralove was used for this purpose.
