| Popis: | This bachelor thesis deals with nurses' information behaviour working in the Institue for Clinical and Experimental Medicine at the Clinic for Anesthetics and Intensive Care. It focuses on why and how the nurses look for information related to their field and how they work with the information afterwards. It briefly outlines the characteristics of the institute and it gives a description of nursing and the nurses' job. Then, it points out nurses' motivation to find information and their orientation in information sources. The research was realised in the form of qualitative structured interviews with the nurses. The conclusion of this thesis is dedicated to the summary of the found information, it answers the defined research questions and evaluates the information provision in practice. |
