The thesis analyses environment of the company Vinotéka U Mouřenína, which carries on the import, selling and serving wine, cognac and delicates from the Czech Republic, France and Italy. The thesis is divided into two parts, the first one is theoretical and the second one is practical. PESTLE analysis is used to examine the macroenvironment and Porter five forces analysis is used to examine the microenvironment. At last SWOT analysis is used for analysing internal and external environment of the company. The main purpose of this thesis is to describe the main factors affecting the company. |
