This bachelor's thesis focuses on the issues facades of Renaissance townhouses in Slavonice. It deals with the diversity of its architectural division and sgraffito. It observes factors, which probably influenced the formation of their unique shape. It describes in detail the fourteen selected houses and also contains photographs of houses taken by the author of the bachelor's thesis. It searches and compares Renaissance houses in the surrounding Slavonice, which have similar characteristics. It refers to unique collection of houses of Slavonice, especially given by the quality of sgraffito decoration and the simultaneous occurrence diamond vault. It highlights the exceptional cultural value and necessity of conservation, which tries to help. |
