Recently, however, are starting to get to market products which are formed from the waste components in winemaking. These are the products of stem, marc and seeds of grapes. Known as oil, vinegar and flour from the seeds of grapes. It is also used in cosmetics. Expanded production is a sophomore and grappa from the marc. Marc and of stem is also used for fertilizer or feed. |
