Popis: This work focuses on the performance contracts. In 2014 was created new legislation of the new Civil Code, namely Act No. 89/2012 Coll. Even after the new adaptation, there are still many questions concerning the performance of senior representatives in a company. The aim of the thesis is to clarify the procedure for compiling the performance contracts and to describe sub-parts of it as well as to discover the differences between the remuneration of the company's top manager having the classical employment contract and the top manager with the performance contract. Next the responsibilities arising from the employment contract are and the performance contract are assessed. The research is conducted through questionnaires which are complemented with a controlled interview. Respondents of this research are legal entities. The output from the thesis is supplemented with tables in which the individual charts are linked.
