The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to evaluate financial stability and health of company Rodinný pivovar Bernard, a.s. during the period 2008 -- 2012. Financial analysis is conducted of the perspective of an external user. In the theoretical part are explained concepts and indicators, which are subsequently used in practical part and their results are commented. Those are the vertical and the horizontal analysis, the parallel system of ratios and the DuPont pyramid decomposition. The next indicator is net working capital, creditworthy and bankruptcy models and intercompany comparison. In the conclusion are summarized the results of the financial analysis and there are suggested some recommendations to improve financial situation. |
