The bachelor thesis will be divided/ splitted into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part will introduce the reader to alternative pedagogy in Czechoslovakia at the beginning of the 20th century. This work will be focused on the issue of education in the city of Zlín, especially on the influence of entrepreneur Tomas Baťa. It deals with the main ideas of Baťa's education, its history, and its functioning. Attention is focused mainly on Baťa's school of work in Zlín. In the practical part of the work, it will focus directly on the graduates of Baťa's school of work. A questionnaire will be used for the research. The research questions from the questionnaire are based on the periodical "Zlín", which was published every week and brought news from the events surrounding Baťa's factory and Baťa's schools of work. |
