Popis:	The diploma thesis deals with the issue of the process of individual planning of social services in a residential facility for the elderly with the aim of identify the roles of a social worker and ethically problematic areas in the planning social services in a residential facility for the elderly. The text of the thesis is divided into three thematic headings. The first thematic heading is devoted to a general view of the process of individual planning in a residential facility for the elderly. The second thematic heading deals with presenting the roles of a social worker that he or she can perform during the individual planning proces. It also discusses ethical aspects in residential facility for the elderly. The final thematic heading presents possible problematic situations that may occur during the process of individual planning in a residential facility for the elderly, which are supported by practical knowledge based on a research probe.
