Popis:	This undergraduate thesis describes the role of multidisciplinary teams in social work using the multidisciplinary team of Children's Centre of South Bohemia as a reference. Three main chapters cover the target group of its service which is identified as endangered children and multi-problems families and outline the personal structure and activities and work of the multidisciplinary team. This thesis also covers the role of many specialists that are in close touch with the target group. The theoretical basis is accompanied by two case studies of clients who received the care in the past which offers a closer look at the role of each member of the team.
