This Bachelor Thesis deals with the legal issues concerning the instalation and operation of solar energy sources. It is a quite complex domain of legislations, ordinances and regulations. The objective is to analyze this topic from legal point of view as well as from the practical application of this matter. This Bachelor Thesis describes premises of photovoltaics, government institutions and monopolistic distribution companies. A logical follow-up is the interpretation of applicable laws and ordinances, its practical excercise and the following legal procedure while constructing solar collectors. There has been major legal development concerning this issue during the year 2010 and therefore the Bachelor Thesis summarizes current situation and changes that have been made this year. |
