The thesis deals with the activities of Roma mentors in the district of Český Krumlov. The theoretical part descibes the service of Roma Mentor, projects of the Association for Probation and Mediation in Justice - citizens´ associations included in the Roma mentoring, Further, this part highlights the need for services for the target group through topics like criminality of Roma, Roma family/lineage, education and value system. Practical work includes the research methodology and presents the results of semi-structured interviews. The final discussion is devoted to the final evaluation and potential bias research. |
