In my bachelor thesis, I deal with the optimal capital structure. In the theoretical part, I characterize what is the capital structure, the theories that deal with its optimization, and the factors that affect it. In the practical part, the state of the capital structure of the selected company is determined using numerical operations, as well as the evaluation of the given theories and the subsequent enumeration of possibilities on how to approach the optimal capital structure in the given circumstances. The conclusions resulting from the final work are that the selected company has a healthy capital structure, but not optimal. |
