This bachelor thesis focuses on the topic of the Ethical code of Czech railways Inc. employee and their application in communication. The theoretical part deals with issues of ethics, ethical code, communication and description of the company Czech Railways Inc. The practical part analyzes and interprets the findings from the research, which was done by the method of semi-structured interview. The aim of the practical part is to find out how well Czech Railways employees are well aware of the Code of Ethics of the company, how they obey and applied by it. |
