| Popis: | The aim of this thesis is to summarize and analyze the new sickness insurance system which has been regulated through the Act No. 187/2006 Coll. on sickness insurance as amended since 1st January 2009. After the introduction follows chapter which theoretically describes changes in sickness insurance system and compares them to the old system. The third chapter analyzes impacts of the changes on number of sickness insured persons and other sickness rates in the Czech Republic, it determinates its trends and compares sickness rates before and after reform of sickness insurance system. The fourth chapter describes impact of changes on state budget receipts and expenditures. Conclusion is summarizing all the thesis and evaluating effectiveness of the new sickness insurance system. |
