Vedoucí bakalářské práce PhDr. Šárka Tomová, PhD. Abstract In my Bachelor's thesis I am going to deal with the chosen soft skills and their assessment for a job as a sister. I chose the soft skills, which are important for a good nurse's output according to me. In my opinion many people cant handle it as they are supposed to. And that is what I would like to find out in my task. In the preface of the teoretic part I am explaining why I am interested in this topic. I am defyning there the purpose of my work and stated hypothesses. Next I am following up the explanation of the concept of the soft skills, which three of them I am going to analyze in detail. The practical part is focused on quantitative research, which was made as a questionnaire in a regional hospital in Chomutov. The data I obtain are presented in a tabular and graphical reports.
