Kozlová, V. Resource Management in a Selected Company. Bachelor’s thesis. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2019. This bachelor’s thesis focuses on resource management in the company Lisovna plastů s.r.o and consists of two parts. The literary research is conducted in the first part. And in this part the emphasis is put on distribution of resources based on their function, costs, and the use of systems and models for the right resource management. The second part of this thesis focuses solely on the company. The current state of affairs in the company is discussed in this part. Resources of the company were analysed and further divided into three groups based on the results of ABC analysis. Optimal indicators for the most prominent items of group A have also were calculated and are part of this thesis, namely optimal supply of re-sources, total costs, supply cycle rate. At the end of the thesis, occurs the compari-son with the current situation in the company. |
