| Popis: | The bachelor thesis deals with forms of support for people with mental illness to get a job. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to analyze the offer of support to get a job of people with mental illness. The thesis focuses on mental illness and its classification. Furthermore, attention is paid to legislative relations to the employment of people at a disadvantage in the labor market and forms of support for people with mental illness to get a job in terms of legislation. Furthemore, the work deals with organizations providing forms of support to gain employment for people with mental illness and to supported employment. The empirical survey was focused on finding out how the organizations providing a service of supported emloyment implement this service and compare these procedures with the procedures described in the Summary Methodology of Supported Employment (Vitáková, 2005).
